After-school snack rotation
After-school clubs are hungry at 3:30. A weekly rotation is fairer than the director buying pretzels out of pocket every Tuesday.
Why the group text fails
Club enrollment changes monthly. A paper wheel of names goes stale. A link lets new families see the open weeks when they join.
What the sheet should do
- One slot per club date, capacity 1.
- The description holds the allergy rule and the number of kids.
- If a family leaves the club, they cancel the week and someone else takes it.
Tips from running this kind of sheet
- Count the kids this session, not last year’s roster.
- Say whether snack is eaten before or after outdoor time.
- Include staff in the headcount if they eat too. They usually do.
- Generate the Tuesdays for the session on a paid plan, or add the dates by hand on the free plan.
Starter slots
Snack for 18 kids and 2 adults. Nut-free, nothing that needs a refrigerator. Please drop it at the club room by 3:15. The button below copies these into a new sheet you can edit before anyone sees it.

Questions
What if enrollment grows?
Edit the description. People who already signed up still have their week; mention the new headcount in the slot details if you need more food.
Can the club lead get a reminder too?
Reminders go to the person who signed up. The lead sees the whole sheet on the dashboard anytime.
