Choir snack schedule
Rehearsal snacks are a small tradition that becomes a chore when the same three people supply them. A rotation makes the ask ordinary.
Why the group text fails
The director mentions snacks at the end of practice, when half the choir has already left. The people who weren’t there never hear it.
What the sheet should do
- One slot per rehearsal date.
- The note says “savory” or “sweet” if you want to alternate.
- A cancel link the day someone gets sick is kinder than a text to the director.
Tips from running this kind of sheet
- Say whether you need enough for 15 or for 40. Choir sizes vary more than team rosters.
- Include water if the rehearsal room has no fountain.
- Skip snack slots on the weeks you already know are sectionals off-site.
- If kids sing in the same room, follow the nut policy and say so once.
Starter slots
Enough for about 25 people. Please arrive five minutes early so we start on time. Water is always welcome. The button below copies these into a new sheet you can edit before anyone sees it.

Questions
Can we rotate automatically through a roster of families?
SlotSheet doesn’t assign people for you. It gives every rehearsal a slot so families can claim the week that fits. That’s usually enough.
Is there a reminder?
Yes. Confirmed people get an email before the rehearsal.
